My first Fried Turkey. : Cajun Injector Electric Turkey Fryer
This is our first time frying a turkey and I was a little skeptical about using a electric turkey fryer after researching an reading the reviews regarding the decrease in temperature after inserting the turkey. The temperture drop to 290 but once reading the instructions this was suitable for cooking the turkey. I must say this fryer didn't disappoint. It resulted into a juicy and moist turkey.
