First night with the Grillex was way better than expected. It's much easier than I conception and the method times are spot on.

I made the following:

Marinated chicken strips (sliced thin and then overnight marinated in Newman's Sesame Ginger.) Skewered up. 8 minutes over medium plus heat and then rotated. Best, most tender chicken ever.

Pork loin. Marinated. (Basque sauce) Sliced and skewered. 10 minutes, rotated then like 8 minutes. Amazing!

Salmon in the cage. Lemon pepper and rosemary. Forgot the times but again, prepped perfectly.

Pros:

Easy to use. Super easy to clean. Super Good Food!

Cons: I wanted more skewers but it appears I can buy more.

This is a great gift if you or man you know loves Brazilian Bbq but cant afford Fogo de Chao.
